Evolution of our programs…Tongan leadership!

We are so excited for what’s coming in April.  We are evolving our exercise and nutrition programs to embrace Tongan leadership.  We have 4 coaches and 4 assistant coaches that will be taking on their own teams on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  Our group, on a whole, will still be meeting Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.  This brings a more powerful dynamic to our program as

Awards

We are so excited about the progress and commitment of our women to this program.  We recently gave awards out for the “most weight lost” and “best attendance.”  We had 1st and 2nd place prizes for each category.  Our 2nd place weight loss winner actually went to one of our women who we were able to diagnose with both Hypertension and Type 2 Diabetes.
